NO DELIVERY FOR GOODS PAID FOR ON THE 14TH NOVEMBE

Bought and paid for a few items at the Parow store including a Thabo Shower on the 14th November.Everything was delivered but the shower unit.I had to call to find out where it was only to find out the store has no stock!This was not told to me when we purchased the item.10 days later and I must call and follow up all the time.No response from the store.I asked a Manager to call me.Still waiting.....The call centre agent I spoke to on Saturday,Roger,called me back yesterday to advise they only gonna order stock now..this after I raised the issue last week and was promised delivery then.I am now in a situation where you have my funds but I have nothing in return! How does that work??No service here as still no contact from anyone in BUILDERS...ANYBODY FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE OUT THERE?????
