NO DELIVERY
Shame on you. Place an order online 30 July. Quick to take my money for the order. Delivery scheduled for 3 Aug. Date come and go and nothing. Call the call center and spoke to 3 different people that all promised to call me back with when i going to get my delivery. Still waiting to today for those call backs. Got hold of dispatch manager Unis to arrange for new delivery date Thursday 6 Aug and yet again the day come and gone with no delivery. Called call center and delivery is now only scheduled for 10 Aug. WHY WHY WHY? They promised to find out what is happening and will call me back. Still waiting for the call back.
Builders you are quick to take one money but to deliver on your promises and customer services there are none of.
