No delivery and lost receipt
We bought building materials at Builders e in Polokwane in the last week of December 2015 and delivery was promised the week of the 4th January 2016 but even today the 3rd February no delivery. I contacted the customer care and they asked for the invoice number but nothing was done. Today when we visited them they lost the receipt and got no records of our delivery and materials!!! What a bad service from them...People watch out Builders Polokwane closer to Enterprise.
