No Delivery And Lack Of Good Service

Purchased roofing IBRs on Sun (13/09/2015) today its Wed (16/09/2015) and we still haven't received our items. When we call delivery department, a lady by name of Naomi informs us that they are out of stock and all other suppliers she called are not picking up their phones and there's nothing she can do! <br> <br> Sylvester, her manager takes over the issue and promises to provide feedback, but even he fails to live up <br> to his promises and now we subjected to follow up with him too, and when we do so he now informs us he <br> can only deliver the IBRs on Friday (18/09/2015). <br> <br> Can Builders provide us with the items we purchased no later than Thur (17/09/2015), or otherwise refund <br> us cause clearly they have failed to honour their clients!
