No Delivery after 2-5 days and no communication

I Ordered on the 21st Morning and got an email that the order will take 2-5 days, till date i received nothing only the email to rate the quality of the goods received, which goods when i did NOT get anything, I followed up on Wednesday and was advised it would arrive yesterday morning, Nothing happened no communication again just Silence, I followed up twice today and was promised a call back, no one has called back since... I am utterly disappointed in the lack of service I am getting.
