No delivery

I made an online purchase to collect at the rustenburg store. On the 27th of October we go to rustenburg to collect. They said their system is down and will deliver. We are still waiting for that delivery. Every time I call I either get cut off or told someone will call me back which hasn't happened. I live 2 hours away so I can't just go to the store every day. I would like my delivery asap please.
