No customer skills, bad management attitude.

On the 20.12.2023 I have purchased a MAX CPH_15 PUMP, Serial Number 12223C7 from Builders in Umhlanga. The PUMP stopped working, I visited the Branch on 23.03.2024 waited for over 30 minutes for assistance, as they consultants were still deciding if the PUMP can be returned and under warranty. Point to be noted this brand of PUMP was highly recommend by the Sales consultant. The Manager Ricky has no customer skills and not helpful and has no product knowledge of the items in store. Only be told it will take over 21 days for this product to be assessed and repaired. Despite numerous calls and visits to the store, no one has responded or helped in any way. Quiet disgusting the way the store is run. as they all have no customer skills. I have visited Builders in Durban North and the staff are all helpful and friendly.
