No customer service whatsoever from the usually efficient Builders

I have been waiting all week for a response from their customer service people. I have received absolutely nothing.

If you are not going to respond to emails, why bother listing an email address on your website? It just wastes everybody's time, and makes us want to find a more helpful supplier.

I've been buying Marltons dried mealworms for some time now from Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley. I have a pair of fiscal shrikes in my garden that eat them from my open hand.

The last time I was at this particular Builders Warehouse, they were out of stock, and unsure as to when they would receive new stock.

Please let me know where I can buy these dried mealworms in Johannesburg, preferably on the West Rand or Randburg side.
