no customer service, no refunds, no delivery on order

still no refund after 14 days. have now made numerous calls to get my money back as an order placed in the middle of january has not be fulfilled. also, still no refund on the delivery fee for a product that wasn't delivered. the amount of time spent making phone calls for assitance has been infuriating. I have had faster refunds from international online shops.
