No Customer Service, just wanting to sell a Product

On the 30th April I purchased a Patio table top Alva Gas Heater online only to find out upon picking it up from Builders Warehouse Rivonia that they had none available in the store. They found one available in Boksburg. Sales Manager Brendan had to be told by me to assist by bringing in the available one from Boksburg. The intention seemed to be that if I want it then I should go to Boksburg. Eventually the Brendan fetched the product from Boksburg. Upon me picking it up from Builders Rivonia, the product never worked properly (was cumbersome to ignite). This issue was reported to Brendan and eventually to Builders Head-office with no one wanting to assist. The only solution presented to me was to buy a different product because this particular product is no longer available (not produced). Builders also mentioned that they cannot establish contact with Alva. Yesterday I contacted Alva directly, this morning it was fixed. Alva also mentioned that this product is available and information provided by Builders is incorrect. Such poor service should not be tolerated especially from Sales Managers of the company and customer Service at Head Office. Totally disappointed.
