No customer service from Builders *******

This is my second time buying from Builders. First was okay now this happens. Bought myself paint on Black Friday and they decided to ***** my money. 1. No response when you submit anything via the website contact form 2. Call center promises to call back but they never 3. Order paid for but says cancelled yet no one called me to explain why they had changed status to cancelled 4. My money has been taken and not refunded since they cancelled. 5. No direct phone number to the store (goes to call centre)

This all happened 11 days ago. No word from Builders
