No customer service @ builders warehouse

I purchased an air cooler from builders in the 3 January online and paid for delivery.I opted buying online due to the pandemic, I purchase online @ checkers ,Makro and Takealot all the time with excellent service. I started checking online for delivery as it’s nearing the end of January and I have received no goods for my money nor have I received any communication. I saw delivery would be the 18 January, I waited nothing came , no communication, I checked again and noted delivery date moved to the 22nd no delivery no communication, I took the Liberty to call and ask where my goods are noting they took my money without complaints . To be told the lady @ constantia branch “ordered it” I have never been told they have no stock , no communication, oh and they don’t know when delivery will be , not caring @ all , I then said I would like to lodge a complaint , I have sent an email through to the address given to me , they haven’t even responded

All I want is my money back and to never purchase from them online again , I’d rather support the like of takealot who has excellent service as well as checkers 60secs I’ve been using through the pandemic... people who cares about the customers
