No Customer Service

This must be worst experience I have ever had. Got in the shop for a simple quotation and 25mins later left without a quotation. They are not willing to help. The staff stands around in groups and have nice long group discussions not even bothered to help the customers in the shop. They took my list of products that i need and walked from product to product to get prices, I though we are in 2024 but seems like builders warehouse is still in 1801. I will never ever buy anything from builders warehouse again. I will rather drive a little further to CHAMBERLAINS or LERY MERLIN where service is always available.
