NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I am truly dissapointed in the lack of service I received today. I'm disapointed in how the staff of Builders Warehouse treats their contractors. You have lost about R5000 in sales today, I will be hesitant to ever support you in the future. I wanted to buy Y10 rebar and asked if there was any possibility of them cutting it to a size that would fit my double cab bakkie, the staff looked at me like I was asking for a miracle and not even a manager to talk to - Paul is not available? None of the staff could give me an answer and I was standing and waiting for someone to advise me if this was possible as the answer would be my deciding factor of purchase. I unfortunately cant spend 20minutes waiting while my staff on site is waiting for materials and my work is on a standstill. Clearly Builders Warehouse PE is making enough money that they don't need my sales.</p>
