NO customer service

On 27/09/15. I went into the Builders at Edenvale to get INDOOR potting soil.(I did not know this is what I needed) After walking in an seeing a Lady at the front counter complaining about broken items i walked on. Hunting for something and after walking up and down the same isle i eventually approached 3 staff members standing chatting. I think they were upset that i interupted their conversation however they have all day to chat and i needed to get going. I explained what i needed to do and he advised that i must get the Indoor potting soil. I then had to ask and where is that? With a bit of an effort he said outside and walked off in the direction. so after finally getting what i need, i go pay. that went well... until the check out. WOW! i get a blunt \ this is not right"from the female security. it has been scanned into the system wrong and i have paid for something i dont have... blah blah. Sorry but that is not my issue. After a long wait with my baby and daughter getting irate. and all the available staff chatting with themselves With out a single apology or we will sort it out and be right back with you. Nothing was said. Disgusting. Returned the goods. will not go back """
