NO CONSISTENCE AND LIKE TO CONTRADICT THEMSELVES

Good day

Very disappointed no feedback or any response saying that anyone has received this email and looking into it , this is telling me nothing is being done and now I have to take the next step by contact my lawyer and the ombudsman with the below concern.

From: Samantha Natasha Stoffels Sent: 05 August 2019 03:20 PM To: '***' Subject: Builders ware house complaints department

Good day

I bought a speed heat geyser at builders warehouse in Sunningdale Table view area. After having it for a month it stop working , I took it back to the store where it got tested and replace . So after 2 months and 2 weeks later the water doesn’t get warm anymore , I took it back again to have it tested.

When I arrive and explain to the assistant what is wrong she took the package to the back and came back telling me it is after 3 months and it need to be send away for repairs . I check the slip to be sure if it was correct ,so I bring it to the assistant attention that the 3rd month would be from the 18 august 2019.

I advise Mr Wallace Brown that I was assist previously with the same problem and no issues , Mr W Brown advise me of cpa (consumer protection act) which I advise him that I know what it means and he told me after 3 months it needs to be send away.

I told him it’s not 3 months yet , and I requested for him to assist me ,his exact words were ”after 21 days it must be send away for repairs”

A lady called Tracy Ulrich came and told me a different story about 7 days refund policy without opening the product and after 21 days it needs to be send away for repairs.

I also read the back of the slip which not was not stipulated .Return & refund policy ,OUR GOAL IS THAT OUR VALUED CUSTOMER, ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE. WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE,WE WILL GLADLY REPAIR,REPLACE OR REFUND ANY MATERIALY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

I hope that someone can come to a conclusion as I am not a happy customer I would prefer that this does not have to be escalate to the ombudsman and wish that we can resolve this matter in a amicable manner.
