No communication, no delivery
I ordered plaster sand and waterproofing using the website. It's been 1 week and I haven't even had a call from Builders regarding my order or delivery. I eventually called them and they said the order was scheduled for delivery on the 5th and they've escalated it, someone will get in touch with me. It never happened. I called back twice and was given the same useless answer. It's now the 7th and still nothing. My renovation is being delayed, and when you cancel an order you will get store credit, not a refund. Forcing you to continue shopping with them even though the service is bad.

It is my understanding that the order has been cancelled. If you could commit to delivery today, I would appreciate it. If not, then leave it as cancelled and perhaps cancel your offering of delivery altogether.

Someone from Edenvale builders called me to confirm that the delivery could be received today.
Someone from Edenvale called my husband and said they can't deliver because they only have sand in bags and would direct the order to Strubensvallei.
No communication has been received from Edenvale or Strubensvallei thereafter.
Please clarify
