No communication between Builders branches

I want to make a Cerry wood cabinet and went to Builders Centurion with the measurements.

They told me their machine is broken I must go to Raslouw branch.

I get to Raslouw branch. They only do white board cutting. They dont stock Cherry wood.

They cant get Cherry wood from Centurion branch as it is not on their system.

They suggest I go BACK to Centurion branch and buy a sheet Cherry wood and have it delivered to them.

They will then cut it for me.

How pathetic is that?
