No communication and delivery

I ordered online on 10 June. The delivery was scheduled for 12 June. On tracking I found the delivery was cancelled and scheduled for 15 June. Now the delivery was cancelled again. NO communication was received and no information about the delivery could be given on a telephone follow-up. Why do you offer the service if you cannot provide the service. I am paying for the delivery. You are not doing me a favour.
