No clue how to properly cut melamine

Terrible service received from builders warehouse Zambezi... Ordered melamine boards cut to size, I made my own cut list which they refused to do and made their own cut list, after stating i made my cutlist specifically because I need the off cuts of that size, still refused and did it their own way... They delivered the boards not only with way too many visible chips but cut to the wrong sizes and wrong amounts also never got my off cuts... The boards where supposed to be able to build 4 display cabinets, with the sizes and amounts they gave me I can only make 2.. I was supposed to finish the cabinets by end of January, and still haven't been able to start because builder's warehouse refuses to assist, apparently once the board is cut they can't do anything... After all the years of support I gave builder's.. Will never use them again...
