No certification for air compressor
*Re: ROSS 150lt – NO RSA AIA CERTIFCATE ON CONFORMITY!!!*
I purchased a Ross 150lt compressor and supp**** my customer the unit.
My customer then requested an *R.S.A - A.I.A* certificate for the compressor, for his records. ( required by S.A. LAW…)
After numerous phone calls to the branch with no solution, I proceeded to forward an e-mail to the information address on their website requesting the required documentation.
I received a reply saying that they will contact their buyer , but -*Till date – still no success!*
After seven days, I had to uplift the compressor from my client and pass a credit. I have returned the unit back to Builders Warehouse for a full credit.
This experience has been costly and a total waste of time for me and my customer.
Very frustrating!
*also they take around a week to respond to any emails if they ever respond at all.
