No Builders another disappointment.

I Bought a aluminum door and Sidelight at builders Cape Gate. The sales man assisted us and said the instructions to install is in the packaging. Couple of days later we decided to call the manufacturer for technical assistance. He said we need a Sidelight adaptor ( they have 4 in stock) but we must order it at Builders. They deliver to Builders on daily basis. We went back to Builders Cape Gate on the Saturday morning. At first the salesman said they do not have a code for the item. We asked him to phone the manufacturer but he couldn't get hold of him. an Hour later someone discovered the code for the adaptor on their system. We paid and the salesman said they will call us as it will be ordered on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday we were unable to contact the building department at Cape Gate via there customer care phone line. They didn't pick up the phone. We decided to contact Swartland. They informed us that nobody have ordered the item and they still have four in stock. I went back to the store to speak to the salesman. He said he haven't ordered it yet and I asked to speak to the manager. He informed me that the will order it but delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. I cancel the order an requested my money back. We order it at another hardware store nearby. Thanks for your effort Builders but is not good enough.
