No assistance whatsoever
Over the 17 years I'm staying in this area, I bought worth R1,000's from Builders Warehouse Montana. I'm finished with them :-( never anybody on the floor to assist. I always have to run around looking for somebody to assist. On Saturday, I asked for assistance to cut shading net. Two guys that's suppose to help customers on the floor, were chatting with the cashier and totally ignored me. Look me in the eye and just keep on chatting with the girl.
