No assistance what-so-ever

I went into the local BWH in my area been Rivonia to get washers and a new tape mechanism for my Kitchen sink. Took samples with me and walked up and down and eventually found the isle I needed to be in but struggled with exactly I needed. So went in search of some assistance and went looking around, up and down isles. Eventually I found some gents in BWH uniformed employees and asked for help in the plumbing section but Social Media on the cell phone seemed more important. Eventually a gentleman from Verimark came across and helped me out. Find it very strange that people are crying for employment out there in SA but then would rather not bother to help customers, who keep the store going with purchases, and focus on their cell phones rather and ignore customers. Strange!
