No assistance at Builders Hardware. Rivonia

Builders hardware Witkoppen/Rivonia rd. Absolutely shocking. We wandered around looking for help. A useless exercise because nobody knew what they were talking about. Asked for wooden draw handles. Told haven't got,. There were plenty.NOBODY in the garden section. We had to call them to cut netting. Then we had to call them again. Lounging about at the till outside the garden section. I'll never go there again. A dreadful experience.
