No answers and a lot o money was paid.

We have ordered a heat pump online from Polokwane Builders Warehouse on the 19th April 2022 the confirmation order show that it will be delivered on the 14/05/2022 we still didn't receive the heat pump, I called Monday and they said they will get back to me, no phoned me back, Tuesday I phoned again twice, they told me they are not sure, today I phoned again 18/05/2022 the lady phoned a Sello from Polokwane Builders he told het that they are waiting for the supplier and cant get hold of the supplier and they will maybe have a answer tomorrow, the problem is that we must install it for a client the Client patience is on the edge and want their money back.
