Nightmare of a store

I am actually at a loss for words but i will try explain my ordeals at Builders mightmare the Glen Eagles branch. Whenever i shop there there is no assistance at all, the only employers around are those standing around talking who you have to ask to shift so you can get past, i have become custom to taking a photo of the item price on the shelf because every time i get to the till they scan a higher amount. They are the rudest and laziest assistants i have ever delt with, the one time i was even told by one of them not to press the red sad face on the service ranking pad. The final straw was when my wife purchest a new dishwasher on Friday 28th Aug 2020 and received a message around 13h00 that it was ready for collection, i rushed home from work, hitched the trailor and we rushed through only to find nobody around to assist, for at least 30 mins and then we wer told that there is no stock. I eventually found the stoor manager but the best he could do is appologise. I think the only option left for us customers, is to avoid this store for at least one month, maybe that way they will realise that it is us that keep them employed.
