Nightmare.... *********** and inconsiderate

The worst service ever... Apparently they want a valid proof of purchase when goods are returned but a valid bank statement is not accepted. The product is still in its original box, still sealed, the bank e. Now they are telling me about builders warehouse card. When I bought this thing no one cared to tell me. Most pathetic service. I can't use this product
