I ordered a brush cutter online. The website stated that delivery is free, but I had to pay an additional amount for delivery at checkout

I paid an additional delivery fee, and now, 8 days later, someone phones me from the Newcastle branch, to inform me “that they do not do that route anymore” - Newcastle to Harrismith. Pathetic service Builder’s. Why do you even offer an online ordering service!? The guy who phoned me said it was "too much effort" to use a courier service!
