New Store with no stock or ******* prices
<p>Brand new store opened in Noordheuwel - first problem - they ran out of stock after first 2 weeks ie no Hose clamps, no 5mm drill bits, very little nuts and bolts range, when we ask why is there is no stock of the basics they say the suppliers are all closed? So they cant source stock from other branches instead the shop must be empty or the next best thing was to rip the customers with pricing ie 1 metre x 12mm Threaded rod - price R230!!! the average price being R23-R30 cashier not interested adamant that is what the system says and that it the price - take it or leave it - so it was left at the tillpoint instead of perhaps investigating or calling a management team member - get attitude and this is a new store? Bad start and a bitter taste.</p>
