New South African service standards

I went to Builders Rivonia to buy a couple of things.. All was good till i had to wait 11minutes after i pressed the call button and left some of the items i need.. Lady at the till was friendly. Thank you. On my way out the lady at the door said morning with a mouth full of bread and in her hands. Builders is very fortunate to be suck a big company...But service standards is very bad
