New Market Builders - Delivery service HORRIBLE!!!!!

I am DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FORM BUILDERS. I was supposed to have had two items delivered on the 3rd of November. On the 3rd of November, the parcel was only picked up at 12 am, and my online order was NOT delivered. I phoned multiple times on Friday for both the managers and call staff not to be able to tell when I was going to get the parcel or where the delivery would happen. Managers and call staff indicated they would prioritise my delivery on Monday, but no such follow-up occurred. On the 6th of November, no delivery happened after five calls. Instead, I get told that they 'have completed the delivery', but I have not received the parcel. No call centre individual could get ahold of New Market Builders, and when I get put through to the store - my calls are dropped, and no follow-up call occurred. After many calls, I still have not received my parcel or any follow up from the store.
