Yesterday we wanted to enquire about a water tank at Builders Kempton Park. Having been sent all over the shop, we ended up at a guy in Plumbing department. He unfortunately was busy with a client or was busy with training. We did not want to intrude, so we kept within earshot and eyeshot for the best part of 15 minutes. They just kept on talking. Then we went to a counter to try and find out about a specific tank. No-one seemed to know anything.

So we left the skop and drove to Manny’s, which is a bit far from our house. As we entered the shop, a very friendly lady called us to her terminal. Ten minutes later we left with a tank and a few bags of premix concrete on our bakkie’s back.

Builders Warehouse won’t ever see us again.
