NEVER PURCHASE FROM BUILDERS CAPE GATE !!!

Worst online purchasing experience ever!!! I ordered a fridge online as the website stated that it is available. Then I get a call saying there’s a glitch in the system and the fridge is actually not in stock(this is after they’ve taken my money) and they said getting one from the supplier would take 3 - 4 weeks ... which is ridiculous. Then the next best thing was a refund I guess, turns out I can only get a refund sometime next week (no one could even specify when next week). So I guess they expected me to spend the weekend and next week with no fridge and without my refund (which I would’ve used to purchase a fridge from a store that actually has the correct information regarding stock availability) So I had to get even more money to go purchase a fridge at OK Furniture today (who actually delivered this afternoon - Builders Warehouse can learn about reliability and service from them!!) . I am not impressed with Builders Warehouse . 10/10 would NOT recommend.
