Never order online from Builders

Never buy online from Builders, you will not get your order. Ordered 2 ceiling fans on 7 January, was supposed to be delivered 19 January at the latest, after numerous calls of no one knowing where they are or what happened and cannot say when it will be delivered I hopefully managed to cancel the order. Now the 7 - 12 working days start for my refund to be processed.
