Never get a voucher from Builders

I went to Builders to buy a few things since I received a voucher for my birthday.

I asked the lady if I could please have the change of the voucher in cash as it was a small amount of only R122 which she told me no they can't give me the change only another voucher.

what can I say they have your money in their account already so they wont pay it back.

I would understand if she needed to give me R1000 but only R122

I will never shop at Builders ever again really disappointed from now I will drive that little further to their opposition to get better service.
