Never ever purchase a power tool from builders warehouse

Absolutely **********...never ever purchase a power tool from them...I purchased a Ryobi Sds drill from them whilst the drill was still under warranty it would not switch on....

I took it back to them and they booked it in as usual ref no.100728 picked up the drill after about 3 weeks..

Thereafter for the second time the exact same issue took it back to them again ref no.97893 collected again after about 2 weeks

Now to day for the third time the exact same issue persist I'm really upset I even called headoffice who sings the same tune...my point is how many more times do I have to book it in...it's a defective product shame on you builders take a lesson from makro I have to inconvenience myself leave my business and come in 100 times...

Further more accept for the floor manager the other staff are not at sympathetic the 1 lady tried to tell me it's where and tear....how is that possible the machine won't even switch on...

I'm disappointed and disgusted rather purchase from a reputable company not a bunch of ******* who try to sell you a defective product
