NEVER DEAL WITH RCS & BUILDERS WAREHOUSE
NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BUILDERS WAREHOUSE AND RCS - You open an account in September 2025, paid account in full in October 2025 to close the account with immediate effect. Nobody us taking responsibility, account is still open, funds are STILL NOT ALLOCATED. THIS IS EFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORING. CURRENTLY I CANNOT GET FINANCE FROM ANY BANKING INSTITUTE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE DUE TO THE INCOMPENCY FROM BOTH COMPANIES. LEGAL ACTION WILL NOW BE MY NEXT STEP..... SO EXPECT A LETTER BEFORE END OF THIS WEEK.

My apologies for the service you have received, as well as the inconvenience caused to you.
We do not close any accounts on our end. Yes, the account is with us, but RCS is the credit provider, and they deal with any account queries, like the closing of accounts.
They will have to sort this out for you. JF

We do not close any accounts on our end. Yes, the account is with us, but RCS is the credit provider, and they deal with any account queries, like the closing of accounts.

This has been going on since October 2025. Yet todate no funds has been transfered or allocated from builders to rcs.
Service is terrible on both side.
This matter will be handed over to my attorney specifically the fact that MY credit record Has been affected major.
RCS keep blaming builders warehouse for not releasing the funds etc.
