Never carry out what they promise

I ordered online on 22nd of September 2024, TAT said delivery would take place in 5 days. 5 days passes, I call to follow up and I was advised that they will make it a priority. A guy have been updating me till last week Saturday when he told me that the delivery guys tried contacting me with no success. I advised the guy that was a lie as no one called me. They guy assured me that the delivery will take place latest by today. I gave them a chance to do what they have to do and waited. Today I receive an SMS at 10:46 am stating that the delivery is on the way. All of a sudden, at 12:00 pm I receive another SMS stating that my order is delivered. To who, which address? I am shocked and very disappointed even after being so patient with them. This is so pathetic.
