Never buy Kitchen Cupbourds from Builders Warehouse in Boksburg !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I went to Builders Warehouse in Boksburg to get 2 extra Kitchen Cupboards to extend our kitchen. I was told that they will be made in Durban and shipped here. They arrived 2 weeks later , 2 cupboards were fine except for the one being too short, the salesman told me he will arrange for them to give me a finisher board to fit at the end so you won’t see the gap. The doors were wrong, this particular colour comes with black edging around as standard, our doors came with edging the same colour as the wood. The salesman also told me they will give us the new doors with black edging. After 2 weeks I went there to find out when I will receive these items, I was then told that if I want these items the salesman has to pay for it, they (Builders Warehouse Boksburg) won’t. They said they will fix the doors in the shop for free (this is a problem, you have to cut the doors smaller, about 2 mm, the edging is thicker than normal) now these doors is in such a poor state that I can’t use it in my kitchen. The edging looks terrible, uneven edges, the wood chipped, they tried to repair with wood filler making it worse now the hinges does not fit.</p> <p> </p>
