Never buy from Builders Warehouse online.

I was looking for a washing machine and came across your website, searching your website indicated that you had 2 of the specific washing machines in stock. I then proceeded to place the order and paid for it in full R3603.00 with my VISA debit card. I received an email stating that my order will be delivered on Wednesday 3de June 2020.

Despite being so excited that we are getting a new washing machine, Wednesday came and I have not received any calls or any deliveries. On Thursday 4th June 2020 I made a call to Builders, requesting what has happened to my order, I was told that you had no stock! Clearly, Builders ignored my order and never processed my order, clearly, the two-washing machine that you had in stock was sold to someone ells. On Friday the 5th June 2020, I requested that Builders refund me immediately, I have found the washing machine at Game store in Africa Mall. Despite that Builders have received my money and that Builders is in fault as Builders is lying to me regarding the stock, I was also told that it will take 5 to 7 working days to reverse my money.

Again! I have lost in baying the washing machine from Game due to Builders again!!!!

today is the 9th June 2020, I still have not received my refund and builders is not returning my calls.
