NEVER BUY FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE!!!!

Please NEVER order anything online from Builders Warehouse. The service is beyond terrible. A refund on an item they advised was out of stock and a refund would be made has become the most frustrating struggle. Our order was placed on the 15 January 2026. It's been 20 working days with daily conversations with multiple agents at their call centre only to be told the person handling the "case" would call back which has NOT HAPPENED! I feel that we are being **** to. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. STAY AWAY....
