Never buy from Builders Express ever again

I have had the worse experience with Builders express!<br> <br> The advise I receive was shocking - surely the employees should know what they are doing! Are they not trained? <br> <br> It's been a costly experience due to bad advise and lack of foresight/education on their advice. <br> <br> The nightmare started with me buying a piece of wood that was labelled at a certain length just to find out when the wood was being cut to size that it was not the length indicated on the label. It only got worse after that... And sadly this is not my first bad experience with them. <br> <br> I would suggest never buying from Builders - alternatively Mica or Timber city.
