Never buy from Builders

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with the service I have received from Builders. I have never come across such gross lack of ownership and professionalism. I have been in contact with Builders and 4sure about an aircon installation and 4 days letter I am still being sent from pillar to post. The people from Builders Strubensvalley (Karabo male and Karabo female) were not helpful at all and took the stance "I'm only trying to help" when Kabelo from 4sure asked them to account for stock. This was my last time purchasing at Builders and I'll be sure to let everyone else know as well. I had to be the one always calling to follow up with them. I bought an Aircon unit from them and online it showed that there were units available, when the installation has to take place, I am being told that there is no stock. This is pure DISHONESTY. They did not even try any other alternative to getting that stock or give me an ETA or when the stock would arrive. The fact that it showed that there was stock when I bought it online and now there is no stock shows that Builders Warehouse are a bunch of money making ****** who never want to account. I made more than 10 calls to them and the two Karabo's from the Strubensvalley store need SERIOUS training on being client centric and applying HEAT. I actually can't believe that they work with clients on the daily. I appreciate the help and calmness displayed by Kabelo from 4Sure.
