Never a good experience with Builders.

I am surprised to see a rating higher than one.

Builders Warehouse Table View is close to where I live which is convenient, and that is very anything positive with this store stops. Every time I need something, either in-store or online, I check stock levels selecting the store as the one I want to collect from. Without fail on every single online order and in-store visit there are items not in stock where there was ample stock at the time of order and in the case of online orders, at the time of payment. This is false advertising and total lack of care as well as a sign of a poor stock control system or the use of that. No feedback from management after many email and in store requests as to what is being done to address this, just silence.

Thank goodness a Brights has opened at Table Bay Mall and their service seems to be better, not that the bar has been set high.
