Negligent and *********** paint consultants polokwane branch
Negligent and *********** paint staff at the POLOKWANE BRANCH!!!!!
I went to the builders warehouse store, polokwane branch to purchase quite a number of 20L paints, and to find a consultant who first told us that the paint which I was looking for was available, only to find that the paints we paid for was not even in stock, then it was a process having to receive a refund and the consultant then referred us to makro, and only to find that he received us as the paint wasn't even available at makro. Some people need to learn customer service. Extremely annoyed!!!!!!!!
