I order the build ins material for my project the 26/04/2025 and promised to deliver in 2 days ,after when I make a call they told me their machine is broken I have to wait for 14days , I call the call centre for assistance maybe they escalate to other store but nothing the 03/05/2025 went to store my self for refund ,they refuse to give me until today they telling me about the head office process in debtors department

i m feeling bad because now I m loosing for my project and I cant move on because I m stack with no money although i paid R30114 in store cash and being charge now I cant get my money immediate from them the store manager refuse even to give me at least R10000 SO LONG instead he is chasing me out of the store
