On 17 Feb 2013 I bought a convertter with a 1 year warrant coast 8000.00 . The converter was lasting 4h30 min by the time I bought it. But by June it was lasting 2hours. I reported to the mananger Mr Madondo who is floor mananger at Abour crossing Builders. He suggest I bring the converter. I didi as he says. They kept quite for whole month. Nobody was giving me the feedback. When calling them, they promise to come back to me, which they never did. A week ago they called me telling I shoud pay 2700.00. Remember the converter is still under warranty! I tried to explain but no one is prepared to listen to Me. Please help me. My customer number is ***.
