Mr Rakosa deserves a bells!!!

This is long overdue and it has been eating at me and my 10yrs old son that I haven't written my review yet on Mr Abel Rakosa, manager at Builders Warehouse Sunward Park. Bought 2 Goldair gas heaters from another branch but they were out stock for the cylinders and referred me to Sunward Park, upon arrival they also didn't have stock. Winter season was at its peak, hence the shortage. To our surprise, Mr Rakosa went all out and stayed on the phone checking almost all the branches just to ensure I get the cylinders, it struck me and my son that he went all out for customer service although I hadn't even purchased the heaters from him, that to me spoke volumes about him. After umpteenth of calls he secured me 2 bottles at The Glen, what's shocking is that he refused us buying him lunch as a thank you token, he insisted that he's only doing his job.. We went to the The Glen and indeed received the cylinders kept for us. He had given me his personal numbers, at least we got to call him and thank him for all his troubles.
