I bought a Karcher high pressure cleaner on 31/03/2019 it stop working and is still under guarantee.On the 25/11/2019 i took it back to Somerset west branch hand it in there on inv 67149 and up to date in 23 day without my machine i have never heard a word from them to keep me up to date what is happening.This is unacceptable as i have to take me vehicle to let them wash at an astronomic amount,witch a pensioner cant afford.
